"Prior to my session with Brigitte, I had mild angina from a heart arrhythmia that has been plaguing me for almost a year. Yes I have had medical attention for it, and reached out for those tools when appropriate, however the mild angina that is often shadowing my day was very present on the day we had our session. It felt like a weight on my rib cage both on the front and behind my heart. It felt restricting if I took a deep breath, and the emotion I had when I allowed my awareness to settle on it was worry and sadness. It felt a bit stifling to my voice and movements.

The session she led me on allowed me to think new thoughts about the physical and mental feeling I had about the discomfort. She gently guided me to "consider where and what the discomfort was saying" and I found her voice both soothing and calming. I felt breath become easier as the session progressed and relaxation began to settle into the area. I am intrigued to do more sessions to see if I can continue this deep conversation with the messages of my body experiences, allowing change to settle in through very comfortable non invasive means.
