Comfort Zone

Your comfort zone is an idea or mental space of familiar patterns. We are physiologically wired for safety and familiarity, which keeps us in our comfort zone. Stepping out of your comfort zone, can feel scary and may cause stress, but making small shifts can move you toward a magical place. 

I have spent the past several months in a program that has really made some transformational changes in my life and I would love to share this with you. 

I am now offering BodyMind Coaching that can help serve my clients better in a more empowered way. The client is held accountable and will have to do the work to make the change. Some of the benefits include:
