Embracing Your Shadows

Shadows are the hidden traumas, anger, sadness, angst that live inside of us and run our dark side from behind the scenes

We all have these shadow programs that trigger us and cause us to yell, act out, throw temper tantrums, scream, rant and curse. They actually keep us in the past. The shadow programs will keep popping up until they are confronted and released, and replaced with a new program.

When we are triggered by someone or something, its’ a sign that there is something that we should notice and address. It’s bringing forth something in us that wants to be seen, otherwise it wouldn’t be showing up.

Life is not always going to be love & light and everything feeling good. We have the darkness and uncomfortableness to help us learn and grow. Once we start to notice those triggers and embrace them, we can start to reprogram them.
